Terms of use

The Hexeon terms of use are published in French, and the French text is the only contractual version.

Why there is no English version

The Hexeon alpha runs in French. The terms govern that alpha, they are written in the language it is played in, and there is no English text of them - not an unofficial one, not a summary, and not this page.

This page deliberately does not tell you what the terms say. A summary in a language that does not govern is the version people read and rely on, and it would differ from the document that actually binds. If you need to know what you are agreeing to, the French text is the answer, and it is the only one.

If you cannot read it

Write to contact@hexeon.io. Say which part you need and we will answer in English. We would rather answer a question than have you rely on a paraphrase.

When this changes

If Hexeon opens beyond French, the terms will exist in the language it opens in. Until then, an English page claiming to state them would be telling you something we have not written.
